Vegan MoFo

I can't believe it's almost that time again.  Vegan MoFo starts tomorrow. Is this really my third year participating?  Where does the time go?  I will be joining other bloggers on October 1st blogging about Vegan Food for the month.  I've been trying to think of a theme but my creative juices aren't flowing so I will be doing a hodgepodge of postings.

I tried to make the it Halloween based but am leaving these open so I can interpret them as the days come!  Here's hoping it works.
