Sushi is one of my favorite foods. When I became vegan I thought I would never have an exciting sushi roll again. Shojin put that fear to rest. My friends and I went to this restaurant a few months ago and I am still thinking about it. I am ready for another trip. Sorry the pictures aren't better I only had my iphone.
It was well worth the wait and the trip. What is your favorite food?
