I must admit that when I go to the markets and they are selling girl scout cookies I'm a little sad because I loved Thin Mints and Samoa cookies and knew those were now part of my past food memories. Leave it to Chloe to come up with a Vegan Thin Mint recipe. As a chocolate lover this was a must on my list.
