Foodie Penpal Swap & Vegan Food Swap

Good morning everyone.  Happy last day of Vegan MoFo.  I am doing a couple of posts today.  This one is about 2 fantastic food swaps I participated in this month.

Look at all of the treats

My first food swap was hosted by Lindsay of The Lean Green Bean. I don't know how she does it all.  There are hundreds of people involved in this foodie penpal swap.  Thank you Lindsay for putting together such a wonderful foodie penpal swap.  Amazing organtization, time and effort.

Homemade goodies too!

The lovely Bethany of SuperCraftiFragilistic sent me the most amazing box with home made treats!  How did I get so lucky.  Hats off to her as I'm sure it wasn't easy searching for vegan goodies.

Lemon Coconut Meltaways
She made these lemon-coconut meltaways and vegan Nutella.  SCORE!  She also included the recipe for the nutella.  I can't wait to try theFantastic tofu scramble.  It looks great.  My friends and I have been devouring the nutella.

Thanks for the goodies Holley
The second swap I did was a vegan food swap put together by Cat of The Verdant Life.  I can't begin to thank her enough for this.  What a huge amount of work.

Holley, aka The Versatile Vegan, sent me the most amazing box of goodies with a note.  She was on vacation and found this cute natural foods store and was inspired.

Doesn't this put a smile on your face
Talk about an amazing box of treats.  Every time I look at the Snackle Mouth box it makes me smile.  The Love Crunch is long gone.

This box had a little of everything tea, rice, agave, granola, bars, flax seed, agave.... I know I'm forgetting something.
Oh yeah gone
It is being quickly devoured and I can't wait to break into the other goodies.

I can't begin to thank Bethany and Holley enough for all of their effort in putting together two wonderful boxes of goodies.  I feel so spoiled and special!

And thanks again to Lindsay and Cat for all of the time you put into hosting these swaps.  It was so much fun looking for treats to send.  I'm looking forward to the next ones.

If you are interested in seeing what I sent to my Foodie Penpal please check out her website Eating The Week.  Isn't that a great blog name.

Have you done a food swap?  If not I highly recommend it!
