Tonight I had my friend over for dinner and what a feast we had. I decided to make some ice cream for dessert. Jam ice cream from Vegan a la Mode sounded really interesting. Some jam, milk and lemon juice that's it!
I have some great raspberry jam and thought it would make a nice ice cream.
It was pretty good but more of a gelato. I think this jam might have been low in pectin which might be why it remained soft. My friend loved it. Another vegan ice cream win!
