Vegan MoFo: Galicky White Beans

Writing about these beans only brings one thing to mind.  Beans, Beans, the magical fruit.  The more you eat the more you toot.  I just couldn't help it.  It did put a smile on my face.

These Garlicky White Beans live up to their name.  They are soooo good.  Lots of garlic goodness.

These beans are good plain and used in Quattro Garlic Mashed Potatoes and white beans.  Those potatoes are a garlic lovers dream.

These are easy to make and in a pinch you can use canned beans if you don't have time to make fresh ones.
