This weekend my book club met at Forage in Silverlake. I'd never been there and was pretty full, as I'd just come from a Southern Comfort Cooking Class. My friend suggested ordering the Awesome Avocado Sandwich, without the aioli, to go.
As you can see I took her advise. It was fantastic. Nice crusty bread and delicious veggies on top of the avocado.
